Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your Fast Result account and the data linked to it. Here is how.
How to ask
Send an email to REPLACE@fastresultapp.com from any email address, with the subject "Delete my account". In the email, write the mobile number you use to log in. We may send an OTP to that number to check that the request is really from you.
What is deleted
Your name, mobile number, learning progress, test results, contest entries, badges and certificates, and your login access.
What may be kept
Payment and invoice records are kept for up to 8 years because Indian tax law requires it. Anonymous usage counts that cannot identify you may also be kept.
How long it takes
We reply within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days of confirming your request. Deletion cannot be undone, and a subscription that is still running will not be refunded automatically.
For parents
A parent or guardian can ask for a child's account to be deleted in the same way. Write to REPLACE@fastresultapp.com with the child's registered mobile number.
